Dropover Cloud Terms and Conditions

By using Dropover Cloud feature, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Your Responsibility

When you upload content to Dropover Cloud, you are responsible for ensuring that the content is appropriate. This means:

  • No illegal content, such as copyrighted material that you do not have the rights to share.
  • No pornography or explicit content.
  • No content that promotes violence or illegal activities.
  • No hate speech or content that discriminates against individuals or groups.

2. Content Removal

Dropover reserves the right to remove any content uploaded to Dropover Cloud at any time, without notice. This could happen if the content violates these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

3. Public Access to Content

While the content you upload to Dropover Cloud is not published or listed anywhere, it is accessible by anyone who has the public link. Because of this:

  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload.
  • Dropover is not responsible for what happens to your content after it is uploaded.
  • Avoid uploading sensitive or private content that you do not want others to see.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Content uploaded to Dropover Cloud will be stored until you delete it or until it is automatically removed based on expiration settings. We reserve the right to delete content after a certain period or due to inactivity. If you wish to remove your content, you can do so at any time by accessing the provided link.

5. Privacy and Security

Your privacy is important to us. While uploads to Dropover Cloud are anonymous and we do not require personal information, we may collect metadata associated with your content (e.g., file type, size). We take reasonable steps to secure your content, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please be mindful of the risks associated with sharing public links.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dropover is provided “as is,” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of Dropover Cloud, including but not limited to, loss of data, unauthorized access to your content, or any other issues arising from the use of the service.

7. User Conduct and Abuse Reporting

Users must use Dropover Cloud in a manner that complies with all applicable laws and respects the rights of others. If you encounter content that you believe violates these terms, please report it to us immediately using the “Report” button on the Dropover Cloud page. We will take appropriate action as necessary.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or related to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Netherlands.

9. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Dropover Cloud at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to features, functionality, or terms associated with the service.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By using Dropover Cloud, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
